Dim Sum: The Art of Chinese Tea Lunch
Clarkson Potter/Publishers
Although I grew up enjoying dim sum, we only made a few varieties at home. Learning how to make more led to trips to Hong Kong, Vancouver and San Francisco. Ultimately I wrote over 70 recipes and painted over 100 watercolor illustrations, including extensive how-to instructions.
